Free printable – Dated month-on-one-page for meal planning, challenges, quick month view
My daughter and I are doing a Whole30 in July, and I wanted somewhere to pre-plan our meals. I created this insert (half letter size) – it’s a dated horizontal month on one page.
Each day is on a line, with the weekends highlighted. There are very pale lines dividing each day into three columns – since I made the dividing lines more faint, they could be ignored entirely and each line used as one item.
I’m using them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but these inserts could be used for a variety of purposes:
Compact month at a glance for future planning
- Daily achievements
- Daily goals
- Daily themes
- Daily gratitude
- Listing daily themes for monthly challenges like the Plan with Me Challenge or the Letter Every Damn Day challenge
- And, of course, meal planning – either dinner across the whole line, or breakfast, lunch, and dinner between the pale dividing lines.
I’m hoping this can be useful to other folks, so I’m offering it as a free printable.
Printing Instructions
If your printer does duplex printing, select “print on both sides” and “flip on short edge”. Cut down the middle, punch, and you’re done. (Since I’m in an A5, and I like my pages to snuggle in under my dividers well, I also slice off about 1/8″ off the bottom).

Can you think of any other uses for a month on one page list-style?
These are great. Would love to see an undated weekly printable.
Thanks, Donna – I’ll see what I can do about that!
